Founding partner
Guillermo is the face of Melujá and its specialist in Mexican real estate. He advises investors on tax-efficient strategies for property purchases, and on choosing developers with a proven record of delivering on time and as promised.
He is responsible for curating the collection: every development goes through his review before it is presented to a client, and only those that meet that standard are included.
Founding partner
David is an entrepreneur with an established career in Israel and Mexico, known for his business results and for the strength of his relationships in both countries. He owns Be Tulum and the Vida de Sol hotel in Italy.
He brings to Melujá his experience in hospitality and client service: the standard with which every buyer is accompanied, from the first conversation through delivery.

The firm's name comes from Hebrew and means kingship, or sovereignty. We use it discreetly, as a reminder of the care every property and every client deserves.
